Legal
Terms of use
These terms describe the basis on which this website and the Sevicred OS platform are offered. Institutions that use the platform also sign an agreement that takes precedence over this page.
Draft for legal review. This text describes how the product is designed to behave. It has not yet been approved by counsel for any jurisdiction and does not form a binding agreement until it is. Institutions sign their own agreement before using the service.
The service
Sevicred OS is a credit control and intelligence layer used by lending institutions. It supports the facility lifecycle from application to recovery. It is not a core banking system, an accounting ledger or a source of legal, financial or investment advice.
The institution remains responsible for the accuracy of data it enters, for confirming balances against its authoritative systems, and for every credit, legal, enforcement, settlement and restructuring decision.
Accounts and access
Access is granted to named users by their institution. You must:
- keep your sign-in methods, including multi-factor authentication, to yourself;
- use the platform only within the role, scope and authority your institution has granted;
- tell your administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend access that appears compromised or that puts other tenants or the platform at risk.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- try to read, change or infer another tenant’s data;
- probe, scan or test the platform’s security without written permission;
- upload malware or content you have no right to process;
- overload the service or bypass its rate limits;
- use outputs marked as inference or recommendation as if they were verified fact.
AI-assisted features
AI features extract, classify, detect, summarise, draft and recommend. They can be wrong. Every output is labelled, linked to its sources and subject to human review, and no AI output approves or declines credit or decides a legal question.
Where an institution switches AI features off, the platform continues to work through manual workflows.
Customer data
The institution owns its data and its records. We process that data only to provide the service, as set out in the institution’s agreement and in our privacy notice. Audit records are append-only by design, so corrections are added as new entries rather than by erasing history.
Third-party providers
Verification, messaging, e-signature, valuation and similar providers are connected through adapters under the institution’s own contracts. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control. Where a provider is unavailable or unapproved, the platform shows a visible fallback or a clearly labelled manual or simulated result.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation outside a signed agreement. We may change or retire features, and will give notice of material changes to how institutions use the platform.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, and subject to any signed agreement, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions an institution takes using the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and contact
The governing law, courts and legal entity details are set in the institution’s agreement and will be confirmed here after legal review. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
